We assembled lists of weather phenomena and spoken word phenomena.



We studied published examples of spoken word performances looking for the elements we’d listed.

Creating Connections Through Weather and Spoken Word in a Time of Quarantine


Students submitted writing, reflections about weather and spoken word, and vocal recordings, all done in their homes. They also created and emailed visual art to support the story.
