Convergence 2020

The 2020 CAPE Convergence exhibition was designed to immerse visitors in a virtual environment that explores the successes and challenges faced by students, teachers, and artists as they navigated the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The curation of this process broke new ground on what a collaborative arts partnership would entail and how explorative the process could be in the future.

This process grew from lofty goals to being realistically viable due to the dedication and diligence of teams who went above and beyond to ensure this would come to fruition. One of the desired outcomes expressed by all involved was that this exhibit serve as a blueprint or idea-starter for artists and educators in any genre to develop collaborations and exhibitions anywhere in the world.
